There is an exciting construction project nearing completion in the town of Busia on the border of Uganda and Kenya. Once complete the 4,000 sq. ft. medical facility will meet the great challenges in the healthcare sector by addressing diseases like malaria, cholera, HIV, and dissentry that affect children and adults alike. It will also offer pre-natal and post-natal care.
This new medical clinic being constructed is scheduled to open, God willing, in early 2019.
Medical care is not easily accessed in the area, as many patients have no transportation to the nearest city. Built along the Tororo Road, the medical clinic will meet the needs of hundreds of villagers for basic medicines, blood tests, and maternity services. We have a volunteer team of doctors and nurses and other healthcare professionals who are eager and commited to travel to open this health care centre.
We invite you to participate in this life changing project!
